• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Possess strong navigational skills; able to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

• Successful drivers may become franchise owners, management, general managers, or corporate operations managers.
• Many team members begin as delivery drivers and grow into high‑level roles.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Perform most tasks from a standing position.
• Walk short distances and durations.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb (cases of ingredients and supplies).
• Carrying: large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce up to 30 lb, trays of dough weighing ~12 lb.
• Pushing: trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb of force; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance.
