Job Description
Pay: $14.75 per hour
Shift: 12:30pm to 9pm (Weekends Included)
Job SummaryThe Lead Aircraft Cabin Agent will direct, clean and provision aircraft interiors including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys and cabin area. The agent will also ensure safety cards are correctly placed in each seat‑back and that linens and headsets are properly provisioned.
Responsibilities- Distribute a cleaning schedule to cabin team members and allocate agents to work designated aircraft zones.
- Maintain and distribute all cabin cleaning supplies and tools to team members.
- Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Direct and clean aircraft interiors within appropriate time frames.

Physical Demands- Stand, walk and climb stairs for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
- Talk, hear and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
- Lift 75 pounds or more for up to 2/3 of the work shift.
- Moderate to high noise level.
- Exposed to a variety of weather conditions while traveling to and from aircraft on the ramp.
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.
Reasoning Ability- Must comply with the Company’s uniform and grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport all times.
High school diploma or GED required.
ExperiencePrevious supervisory, airport, housekeeping and/or service‑related experience preferred. This role is suitable for those just entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
