The CDL Class A Driver with Tanker Endorsement will operate lowboys, dump trucks, and rollbacks, and must be able to operate a manual transmission truck. The role also involves operating mini excavators or other equipment for loading.
Essential Functions:- Work safely during construction, maintenance, or repair activities.
- Assist in installing natural gas infrastructure and related components.
- Excavate around live gas pipelines and utilities with care.
- Maintain company vehicles and perform safety checks.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order.
- Apply OSHA competent person standards.
- Test and classify soils.
- Follow sloping and shoring standards.
- Use rigging and handle materials properly.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Ability to pass Operator Qualification Testing for Natural Gas work.
- Valid CDL Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and holidays.
- 2-4 years of natural gas experience.
- Mechanically inclined.
