Route Driver

Route Driver at Culligan International – We are seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions to serve as a route driver. The role requires operating a company-provided route vehicle, delivering product, maintaining excellent customer service, and pursuing new business opportunities. • Direct interface with customers; perform routine customer service tasks, identify opportunities for additional products/services.
• Maintain routes and accounts for proper routing sequence, help with collections and meet minimum delivery requirements set by the store.
• Deliver/exchange all types of bottled water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required on scheduled routes.
• Collect and document receipt of money from customers and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates, and hand trucks.
• Abide by all company policies as set forth in the employee handbook.
• Perform all duties in conformance to safety and security standards and wear required safety equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the city area where you will be working.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Maintain a good driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Lifting and carrying objects weighing 40-200 pounds repeatedly (more than 70% of the time).
• Significant time spent walking, standing, sitting, and climbing in and out of the vehicle.
• Common body movements: bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching above shoulder height, crouching, balancing, pushing, and pulling.
