We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, the Dispatcher will coordinate the timely completion of routes, handle incoming service orders, direct drivers, and resolve service issues. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of transportation management systems.

• Assign loads to drivers based on designated routes, jobs and driver location.
• Monitor route time intervals for gaps.
• Monitor employee hours to minimize overtime.
• Balance the distribution of hours between drivers.
• Monitor driver times to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driver DOT logs are current before dispatching drivers.
• Collect daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Create work orders for the shop.
• Collect completed work orders and enter data into tracking spreadsheet or other systems.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned or apparent.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Experience in a customer‑facing position.
• Two years of prior experience working as a dispatcher preferred.
