Delivery Driver / Non-CDL

• Hourly Pay: $17.25/hour
• Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Local delivery role using a company-provided box truck.

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a safety-conscious Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) for our Ocoee, FL location. This role is ideal for a dependable driver who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and representing Keystone through reliable service.

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger for local deliveries
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products following handling and safety procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner during deliveries
• Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
