Job Description Roanex Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
** Dispatcher
* * to manage and coordinate freight operations. This role is critical in ensuring drivers are assigned efficiently, deliveries are on time, and communication between brokers, drivers, and customers is seamless.

Responsibilities
- Assign loads to drivers based on availability, location, and hours of service
- Monitor driver progress and provide real-time updates
- Communicate with brokers and customers regarding load status
- Ensure all required documents (BOL, POD, rate confirmations) are completed and submitted
- Handle unexpected issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes
- Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and delivery times- ### Requirements  
* Previous experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (preferred)  
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills  
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  
* Familiarity with TMS systems (Roanex experience is a plus)
