Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

You in This Role & on the Team:
As a Picker/Packer/Warehouse Support team member, you'll play a vital role in keeping Rotor Riot operations running smoothly. You'll be on the front lines of getting high-quality FPV drone gear into the hands of passionate customers all over the world. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in accurate, hands-on work, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, fast-paced team.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day might look like this:

• Picking parts and components from shelves to fulfill customer orders
• Carefully verifying the accuracy of each item picked
• Choosing the right packaging to keep orders safe and efficient
• Packing and labeling orders for shipment using the correct shipping methods
• Maintaining a clean and organized packing station
• Notifying the team about inventory issues or low stock
• Assisting with general warehouse upkeep and restocking tasks
• Following safety protocols and helping out wherever needed

What You ll Bring to the Team

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience
• A detail-oriented mindset—you double-check your work and take pride in accuracy
• Comfortable being on your feet and handling physical tasks (walking, lifting, packing)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude—dependable and reliable
• Ability to identify different drone parts (training provided if you re new!)
• Familiarity with computers or scanning devices to process orders

• Experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, especially with Shopify
• Knowledge or interest in FPV drones or RC products
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse tools

• Practical experience in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations
