The Warehouse Specialist will assist with packing/shipping, receiving/processing incoming stock and materials, unloading and loading trucks, organizing, locating stock, and maintaining a clean work environment. The Specialist will also handle data entry and inventory management to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
• Receive and unload equipment and parts; unpack and shelve
• Pack, wrap, label, and/or ship parts and equipment
• Pick up parts/equipment from local suppliers
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain workflow processes
• Operate forklifts, delivery trucks, and lifting equipment safely
• Assist with refurbishing ice machines as needed
• Contribute to team effort by performing additional duties as assigned

• Six months of previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States (required)

• Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and multi‑line phone systems
• Self‑motivated and disciplined, able to work independently and as a team member
• Desire to learn more about warehouse operations and basic operating/maintenance of ice machines
• Clear and professional communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
• Good planning and time‑management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks

• Employee often required to stand, walk, sit, use ladders, use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel surfaces, parts, and materials; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Stands for extended periods of time
Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds; occasionally heavier
• Ability to work in conditions that may include extreme temperatures
