Warehouse & Shipping Associate

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Package & Shipping Associate to join our fulfillment team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and processing outgoing packages to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

• Packing & Order Fulfillment:
  Safely pack products into appropriate boxes or containers according to company standards.
• Shipping & Labeling:
  Inspect outgoing items, generate shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Inventory & Quality Control:
  Check items for defects, verify correct SKUs, and assist with logging outgoing packages into the system.
• Warehouse & Workstation Maintenance:
  Keep the packing and shipping areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing supplies.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in warehouse operations, packing, or shipping is preferred.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong ability to follow instructions accurately to avoid shipping errors.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work Ethic:
  Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
