Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Job Description

A well rounded candidate with multi-tasking abilities to assist, and manage email communication

Assist with Owners Schedule and appointments

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Oversee communication with clients and create some warehousing documents as requested

Some purchasing responsibility of minor supplies

Some payments of few invoices for supplies

Must have excel experience

Maintain records of the activity in the warehouse and create reports

Filing

Attending some phone calls and taking messages
