E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator

We're hiring an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator who works Amazon and Walmart orders every day, runs orders and inventory in a multichannel platform such as Seller Cloud or 2DWorkflow, and ships direct-to-consumer orders with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS labels. CLP Group LLC, doing business as Evoinn Planet, is an e-commerce and wholesale company based in Miramar, FL. We sell beauty and fragrance products on Amazon, Walmart, Temu and Shein, with Tik Tok Shop and new brand partnerships on the way. We built a real operation from the ground up, and our plan for the next two years is to multiply our volume several times over.

You'll be the person who makes sure every order leaves on time, every shipment arrives right, and every unit is where the system says it is.

• Amazon FBA and FBM: work your orders in Seller Central, ship FBM orders on time, and prepare and send inbound shipments to FBA.
• Walmart WFS and seller fulfilled: work your orders in Walmart Seller Center, ship seller fulfilled orders on time, and prepare and send inbound shipments to WFS.
• Multichannel orders and inventory: manage orders and stock across channels in Seller Cloud or 2DWorkflow (or an equivalent platform).
• Direct-to-consumer orders: buy and print shipping labels with UPS, Fed Ex, USPS and similar carriers, choosing the right service and packaging for each order.
• Carrier pickups and drop-offs: schedule and coordinate them so nothing sits on the floor.
• Receiving: take in supplier shipments, inspect the freight, count every unit and reconcile it against the invoice and packing slip, flag any discrepancy right away, and record it in our inventory system the same day.
• Inventory: run counts, reconcile the shelf against the system, and report shortages, damages or slow movers. Keep prep materials and warehouse supplies stocked.
• Keep the system accurate in real time. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen. Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe.

• 2+ years of direct, hands‑on experience in e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Amazon Seller Central: daily work with both FBA and FBM orders.
• Walmart Seller Center: daily work with both WFS and seller fulfilled orders.
• Buying and printing carrier labels (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or similar) for direct‑to‑consumer orders.
• Daily use of a multichannel order and inventory platform such as Seller Cloud or 2DWorkflow (Ship Station, Linnworks, Veeqo, Ship Hero or similar also count).
• Excel for counts, reconciliations and order lists.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available on site in Miramar, FL, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

• 3+ years in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Hands‑on experience with Seller Cloud or 2DWorkflow specifically.

Our schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, on site. We don't measure hours, we measure results: orders out on time, inventory that matches the system, suppliers tracked before anyone has to ask. Detail-obsessed, organized and self-driven people do well here.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses.
