Dental Hygienist

Fairchild Oaks Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location:

3775 Roscommon Drive, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174

Work Schedule:

Monday 7:40am-5pm;
Tuesday 8am-6pm;
Wednesday 7:40am-5pm;
Thursday 7:40am-5pm;
Friday 6:40am-1pm

Practice: 2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix.

Appointment Times: 60 minutes for recare, 90 minutes for new patient appointment.

Bi-weekly, hourly pay with option for Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Daily and quarterly bonuses available.

Equipment and Coverage:
Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.

• Collaborative and growing team.

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions. Test is standard requirement and to be completed prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
