Otolaryngology Physician

Coastal Ear Nose and Throat has been serving the Volusia County community for years with 5 ENTs and 3.5 audiologists. We see patients in three clinics. Our practice handles a high volume of patients, particularly in the office. We also perform a significant number of in-office sinus cases.

Coastal Ear Nose and Throat is looking for a General Otolaryngologist to join our busy team with a partnership track.

This position offers:

• A competitive salary and a partnership track with a highly respected private practice.
• A mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities, with one day per week at the hospital and three days in the clinic.
• A call schedule of 1:4 covering one hospital.
• A low call burden, no trauma call.
• The opportunity for a Rhinology or Otology specialist, with a patient mix of 50/50 or 75/25 splits with General Otolaryngology.
• Each physician has a scribe and MA to support efficient patient encounters.
• Current providers average 30+ patients per day. No minimum/maximum expectations.

• $100,000 Sign-on/retention/commencement bonus
• Offices in Port Orange and Palm Coast, with the Ormond office at full capacity.
• Access to imaging centers at each location.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Completion of an accredited medical school and residency program.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
