Pickleball Instructor - Part time

Responsibilities

• Instruction: Lead engaging, student-centered lessons for individuals and groups (beginners to advanced).
• Skill Development: Teach properdinks,serves,volleys,strategy,footwork, andrules.
• Equipment: Set up courts, manage equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Player Engagement: Provide constructive feedback, build confidence, foster a positive environment, and manage different skill levels.
• Scheduling: Work flexible hours, often evenings and weekends, aligning with participant availability.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching or high-level playing experience (e.g., 3.5+ level).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
• Attributes: Professional, responsible, outgoing, creative, and able to connect with diverse learners (kids to seniors).
