We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ormond Beach-FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial excellence by analyzing business performance, ensuring cost control, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an on-site role, reports to the Business Controller and will collaborate closely with various teams to support the company’s financial goals.

• Cost Control & Analysis:
  Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
• Accounts Reconciliation:
  Reconcile the balance sheet and ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies, including intercompany transactions.
• Business Performance Analysis:
  Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making; prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.
• Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance:
  Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting & Support:
  Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management; support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Reconcile the purchasing receipts to the Accounts Payable ledgers.
• Review, edit and ensure accurate Accounts Payable data.
• Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Review invoices and statements with the Purchasing Department.

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (capability to manipulate large volumes of data).
• Experience with SAP (Preferred).
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
