Base pay range$85,500.00/yr - $85,500.00/yr
Earn Up to $85,500 per year based on Experience, Certifications, and Secondary Languages.
$2,400 Orientation Training Stipend.

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most therapy sessions will be conducted in‑person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience.
Clients receive services mainly in person within the community, with some telehealth options available. There is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is done online or onsite with the client.

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
- Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses.
- Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
- Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office.
- Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients.
- Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care.
- Advocate for patient access to community resources.
- Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate and offer individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.
- Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.
Candidate Requirements
- Must reside within the State of Florida, and the position requires a Mental Health Registered Intern Licensure.
- Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. - Organizational and time allocation skill abilities, and ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other…
