Overview
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/OT) to provide therapy services in an Assisted Living Community in Ormond Beach, FL. This role offers evaluation services at $130 per evaluation and flexible PRN scheduling.
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active license as a Florida Occupational Therapist
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged
$130 per evaluation
Employment type- PRN (on-call, per diem; flexible scheduling; assignments as needed)
