MSA Home Health, a proud member of the Medical Services of America Inc., seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant Home Health Part-Time/32 to see patients in Ormond Beach (Volusia, Flag, St John, Clay, Nassau), FL.

• Provides physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines and in accordance with the plan of treatment developed by the PT.
• Assists the physician in implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with the plan of care and reports to the physician or client care manager.
• Develops, prepares and maintains individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to policies.
• Assists with interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.

Job Requirements

• Valid PTA license in the state of FL.
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of one-year verifiable physical therapy experience
• Home Health experience preferred.
