Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Ormond Beach, FL. The role provides treatment in a Part B ALF setting. We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. We believe that a proactive, preventative approach helps patients thrive and age in place. Passion for geriatric therapy and dignity in patient care is essential.

• Evaluate and treat patients in an assisted living community.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
• Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists eligible.
• Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.

PRN therapists are part of an on‑call pool and work on a per diem basis. PRN is short for the Latin term “pro re nata,” meaning “as needed.” A PRN therapist receives patient assignments when the organization needs additional coverage. PRN work offers flexibility and diverse experiences, but does not include benefits such as paid time off or health insurance. PRN therapists can choose when to work—accepting or declining cases based on availability—and may work weekend or holiday shifts with premium pay.

$120 per evaluation.
