Job Description
- Monitors, tracks, and sources employee license, certification, and registration renewals required by job descriptions.
- Notifies employees, leaders, and HR management of upcoming license, certification, and registration expiration and non‑compliance.
- Recommends continued or terminated employment based on compliance status.
- Reviews job descriptions for required credentials and clarifies any discrepancies or questions with HR management and department directors.
- Documents and maintains all credential requirements in the regulatory database.
Qualification Requirements
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Associate‑Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range
$41,096.13 - $76,427.64
