This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Ormond Beach, FL office.

Job Description

• Draft and prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• Assist with execution and finalization of estate planning documents
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Organize and maintain digital and physical client files
• Schedule meetings and track case deadlines
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in document prep
• Deliver clear, timely, and compassionate communication throughout the process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in estate planning and probate law (required)
• Strong knowledge of Florida estate planning procedures and documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of discretion and professionalism
