Position reports to:
Production Supervisor.

• Operate and set up the Cold Form Cell, including Asahi, Wash Tank, and Annealing Ovens.
• Perform specialized tasks such as loading programs and assembling/disassembling tooling in the Asahi.
• Operate under minimal or no supervision in this specialized process area.
• Maintain safety-first mentality and meet quality, service, and productivity expectations.

• Experience with cold forming (extrusion) equipment or related processes.
• Manual dexterity and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to train co-workers.
• Follow quality plans and work instructions.
• Proficient with common machine tools and gauges, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read blueprints.

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in machine operating or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with hand tools (sockets, wrenches, torque wrenches) and ability to read dial calipers and micrometers is a plus.
