Aerosapien Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace and advanced manufacturing projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing process development, tooling and fixtures, machining, fabrication, assembly, production-line setup, and continuous improvement
.

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial components, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies.

Create manufacturing plans, work instructions, process flow, routings, and production documentation.

Design and support jigs, fixtures, assembly tooling, carts, workstations, and material-handling solutions
.

Support machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, and inspection operations.

Review engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, BOMs, and customer requirements.

Perform process studies, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, and capacity improvement
.

Support new production-line layouts, equipment selection, installation, validation, and ramp-up.

Identify manufacturing constraints and implement cost, quality, safety, and productivity improvements.

Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.

Work closely with design engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and customers.

Support tooling tryouts, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and production launch activities.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality requirements
.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience
; 8+ years preferred for senior-level candidates.

Strong experience in machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, tooling, or aerospace manufacturing.

Experience developing production processes and improving manufacturing cycle time and throughput.

Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Experience with CAD tools and manufacturing layouts preferred.

Experience with automation, robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, or production-line integration is a plus.

Experience with FARO, CMM, Keyence, or other inspection systems is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident.
