Aden Senior Living is looking for an experienced, dependable LPN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical support to our community on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys being hands‑on with residents and team members while also serving as the leadership presence in the community on weekends.

• Serve as the primary leadership presence in the community during your shift
• Support and oversee Care Partners and Medication Technicians
• Make rounds throughout Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Assist with resident needs and clinical concerns as they arise
• Help ensure medications, documentation, treatments, and resident care are completed appropriately
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate with families, providers, and leadership as needed
• Help troubleshoot staffing or operational issues during the weekend
• Ensure team members are following community policies, procedures, and standards
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to the weekend team
• Partner with the Health & Wellness and community leadership teams to ensure a smooth handoff and follow‑up on weekend concerns

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable supervising and providing direction to team members
• Dependable, organized, and able to make decisions independently
• A positive, solutions‑focused leadership style
• Someone who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
