Wound Care Nurse; LPN​/RN Restorative Care Leader

Avante at Ormond Beach seeks a Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to monitor existing pressure ulcers weekly and recommend treatment changes if there is no improvement. The nurse will implement preventative interventions and work with the Rehab Director and Director of Nursing to maintain residents’ skin integrity.
