As a Grill/Fry Cook, working for an independently owned and operated Zaxby's, you will assist with all food preparation so that all food meets, or exceeds service standards. No experience? No worries!! Through our extensive training program, you will be blazing through our kitchen in no time. Our managers and team trainers will be there every step of the way.

• Ensure food is handled according to safety regulations and guidelines
• Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment, e.g., grill press, flat top grill, fryers
• Maintain product levels in assigned stations in order to be prepared for immediate needs
• Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Hold and store food items following food safety guidelines
• Clean and organize storage areas
• Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner
• Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
