We are a family‑run independent insurance agency with a great company culture and a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. No insurance knowledge is required for this position; the company provides leads and offers a base salary with uncapped commission and bonus. No cold calling is required, and virtual assistants will handle post‑binding paperwork and other administrative duties.
We pay 100% of licensing costs and candidates do not need to have an insurance license to apply.

- Customer Consultation:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable coverage options. - Sales Management:
Guide clients through the insurance application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation. - Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients to foster long‑term loyalty. - Team
Collaboration:
Coordinate seamlessly with the customer‑service team to ensure efficient service delivery. - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance knowledge and provide best solutions. - Administration:
Use our CRM (Insured Mine) to manage client information, sales activities, and follow‑up tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Proficient in computer applications and advanced typing skills.
- Growth mindset – eagerness to learn and pursue career advancement.
- Attention to detail in managing paperwork and processes.
- Work‑from‑home criteria: must have an appropriate license (2‑20 or 20‑44) and meet agency performance standards.
