We are a family-run independent insurance agency with a great company culture and a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for sales-related activities, leveraging our extensive lead generation system and CRM to maximize your success. No insurance knowledge is required for this position.
We provide leads to our sales staff and do not require cold calling. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and bonus. We provide leads to our sales staff and do not require cold calling. Our intuitive CRM software (Insured Mine) automates all follow up communication to leads leaving more time for the agent to focus on the call.
We have virtual assistants for all of our sales staff that take care of post binding paperwork and other administrative duties.
Candidates do not need to have their insurance license in order to apply for this position. We will pay for 100% of licensing cost.

The sales team is expected to utilize our abundant leads to actively prospect, identify potential customers, and generate new business opportunities by:
- Customer Consultation:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable coverage options - Sales Management:
Guide clients through the insurance application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation - Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients, providing ongoing support and service to foster long-term loyalty - Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with the customer service team, coordinating seamlessly to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and provide the best possible solutions to clients and business partners - Administration:
Utilize our advanced computer systems and CRM to manage client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks accurately and efficiently

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong Communication
