RV Sales Associate

Giant Recreation World is seeking a full-time RV Sales Associate to join our team in Ormond Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to help customers find the right RV for their lifestyle while earning $75,000 - $150,000 annually through performance-based compensation.

As an RV Sales Associate, you will greet customers and learn how they plan to use their RV. You will help customers find the right new or pre-owned recreational vehicle for their needs and budget while presenting features and benefits through engaging demonstrations and walkthroughs. Throughout the day, you will build relationships with customers in person, by phone, text, and email, while maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM and following up with prospects.

You will work closely with management and the finance team to guide customers through the purchase process, ask for the sale, and work toward individual and dealership goals. You will also continue learning about products, inventory, and the process to better serve customers and support your success.

You don't need to come from the RV industry. If you have a successful background in automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, real estate or another sales field, your experience could be a great fit

This is a full-time position that requires availability to work weekends and some evenings or holidays.

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A proven track record of success in sales and a desire to earn based on performance
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• The drive to take initiative, overcome objections, and close sales
• Comfort using a computer and learning dealership systems

RV sales experience is a plus, but successful sales experience from any industry is welcome.
