• Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolution problems, respond to call‑outs and prepare cost estimates.
• Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle and background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.
