The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance technical expertise to support manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and preventive maintenance programs to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) & Overtime Eligible

First

Key Responsibilities:

· Equipment maintenance and repair

· Perform a variety of mechanical duties including dismantling, relocating, welding, repairing, and installing facility and production equipment such as shafts, gears, pulleys, clutches, hoists, conveyors, and power presses.

· Troubleshoot, evaluate, disassemble, reassemble, overhaul, and rebuild mechanical equipment according to drawings and specifications and replace worn or broken parts as required.

· Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment using facility layouts, blueprints, sketches, and drawings, and work with maintenance electricians or contractors on projects involving electrical installation or removal.

Second

Key Responsibilities:

· Plant support, preventive maintenance, and teamwork

· Assist maintenance team members with repairs, upgrades, and plant maintenance projects using troubleshooting and repair techniques.

· Perform maintenance work outside the mechanical field as needed, including plant duties requiring scaffolds, man-lifts, safety harnesses, and specialized protective equipment.

· Participate in continuous improvement activities and support team communication, cohesiveness, and safe work practices across the maintenance function.
