Business Support Officer

Ormskirk

Contract
£104.12 per day

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer.

2 days remote 3 days in the office

You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the teams within Business Support. The main duties will include monitoring and co-ordinating customer feedback that is received through a single point of access via the Council's dedicated website that is managed by the Business Support Team. You will be responsible for logging and handling all MP enquiries, Patch Problems and complaints to ensure all feedback is used to drive customer service improvements.

You will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively.

Your key skills will include:

To ensure that our customers are at the heart of everything we do and act in accordance with our values and behaviours.

* You will need excellent ICT skills, including the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and other packages as required.

* The ability to prioritise your own workload, work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.

* The ability to collate data to ensure the accurate input and maintenance of designated management information systems.

* To support the development of a positive organisational culture that is outward looking, evidence based and customer focused.

* You will adhere to the Council’s Expected Behavioural Standards ensuring that a high standard of customer care is maintained and dealt with in a courteous manner.
