Our client, a respected Early Years Special School in Scarisbrick, Lancashire, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an integral member of our client’s supportive learning environment, the successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that each student receives the individualised attention and guidance they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The SEN Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in implementing personalised learning plans, adapting teaching materials, and providing one‑on‑one support to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with young children, particularly those with special educational needs. They will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by SEN students and be committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
