This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected specialist engineering contractors, working on nationally significant infrastructure projects where your technical expertise will have a genuine impact from concept through to construction.

• Leading the design of piled foundations, retaining structures and ground improvement schemes.
• Designing ground anchors, soil nails and other specialist geotechnical solutions.
• Reviewing and checking engineering calculations and technical reports.
• Providing technical guidance and support throughout project delivery.
• Liaising with project managers, site teams and clients to resolve engineering challenges.
• Mentoring graduate and junior engineers.
• Driving innovation and promoting best practice across the design team.

• Degree qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Previous experience within foundation engineering, geotechnical design or specialist ground engineering.
• Strong understanding of foundation design, retaining structures and ground improvement techniques.
• Experience with PLAXIS, WALLAP, the Oasys Suite and AutoCAD is desirable.
• Excellent technical, communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
