. We are looking for a warm, caring personality who can provide personal care and support with dignity and respect during the quiet hours at Burscough Manor Care Home – a luxurious 80‑bed facility offering specialist services including dementia, palliative, complex, and general nursing care.
- Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect.
- Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to overnight needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment.
- Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care.
- Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided.
- Willingness to work night shifts and some weekends.
- Commitment to quality care and a caring nature.

- Hourly rate: £12.38 per hour.
- Full‑time and part‑time contracts available – 22 hours (2 shifts per week), 33 hours (3 shifts) or 44 hours (4 shifts).
- Shift times: 8pm – 8am, including weekend working.
- We cannot offer visa sponsorship or accommodate 20 hours working restrictions.
