: 4‑Day Work Week: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 5‑Day Work Week: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Hands‑on Service Manager in Goodyear Fleet Service Centers. Manage operations, schedule teams, deliver high‑quality customer service, and maintain safety and vehicle care compliance.

• Schedule service appointments and manage team workflow to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee billing, point‑of‑sale software, and documentation of all work performed.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Previous automotive service sales experience.
• Previous automotive service experience.
• ASE certification.
