Schedule is full time to support the business.

• Greet every patient with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional dental experience from the moment they walk through the door.
• Create optimized, efficient schedules that keep our practice running smoothly and ensure every patient gets the attention they deserve.
• Master our patient documentation and records system, keeping accurate information that supports quality care and smooth operations.
• Build lasting patient relationships by creating memorable, positive interactions that keep patients excited to return.

• Demonstrated experience to met and exceed goals.
• 1 year of experience working in dental or medical
• Experience calling and discussing benefits with insurance companies.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, or Mac Practice) - we can train the right candidate
