Research Associate, Clinical Research

A growing life sciences organization in Southern Arizona is seeking a Research Associate I to support its clinical research team. • Conduct clinical research studies and trials
• Analyze and interpret clinical data
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards
• Prepare reports and publications on research findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical initiatives

• 0–5 years of experience in clinical research or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices in research and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences or related field preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship
• Experience in clinical trial management, preferred
