FULL TIME or PART TIME: Tucson, AZ

COMPENSATION: $90,000-$150,000 Salary

The Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatments prescribed at your discretion, and adhering to regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities.

• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of practice
• 2 years PT experience
• Ability & Desire to work independently.
• Kinnser / Wellsky experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication & time management skills
• Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test
