- Project Management:
Overseemultipleclinicaltestingandlabservicesprojects,establishing timelines,trackingcross-functional activities,andidentifyingpotentialbottlenecks. - Client&External Relations:
Serveastheprimarysinglepointofcontactfor Pharmacustomers,CROs,andsiteinvestigators. - Sample&Data Oversight:
Guideday-to-daysampleprocessflow,ensureaccurateresultreporting,andtrack/communicateprojectreportsandclinicalstudydata. - Administrative&
Collaboration:
Managemeetingagendas,minutes,andfostercontinuousimprovementwithintheclinicalsciencesteam.
- Education:
Bachelor’sDegreeinarelatedfield(orequivalentexperience).Master'sdegreeand
Project
Management/Clinical Researchcertificationsarepreferred. - Experience:
2+yearsofprojectand/orclinicaltrialmanagementexperienceinaregulated,CRO,diagnostic,orpharmaceuticalenvironment.
Experiencewithrapidmilestoneachievementandbio-samplemanagementispreferred.
- Strong problem-solving,leadership,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills.
- Familiaritywithclinicaltrials,quality/regulatoryprocesses,andsampleprocessflow.
- Proficiencyinstandardofficesoftware(Word,Excel,email) andabilitytoworkeffectivelyundertimepressure.
- Experience with Agilemethodologiespreferred
