Salary

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

Role Overview

The Human Resources Director is responsible for both short‑ and long‑term planning and management of the Human Resources functions. In this role you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all associate‑related matters, promoting a positive working culture, high performance, quality service, and empowerment for all associates.

Responsibilities

This role leads various functions including: recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, diversity, payroll, benefits administration, state and federal compliance, workers’ compensation, and training & safety. You will lead initiatives to enhance associate engagement, culture, and employee well‑being, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an HR management role
  • Union experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll is a plus
  • Full knowledge of state and federal HR laws
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, and online systems
