Located in QC, NB, this role focuses on nurturing key accounts while driving sales targets and delivering innovative cloud-based solutions. With at least three years in client management, you’ll handle the important aspects of customer success, from developing management plans to fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Create and execute tailored customer management plans
• Collaborate with clients to meet sales targets
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and partners
• Contribute to team growth and client transformation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in client relationship/account management
• Experience with business software and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Sage or Net Suite
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and French, proficient in both
