IAMGOLD Industrial Construction Project Manager

Drive capital project success at IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold operation in Canada. This role is focused on executing complex projects with an emphasis on safety and stakeholder engagement.

As a Project Manager with IAMGOLD, you will take charge of extensive projects at the Côté Gold Mine, guiding them from initial studies to successful commissioning. This onsite position demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You will ensure that all projects align with IAMGOLD's Zero Harm values, delivering significant long-term results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering, construction, and handover phases

• Create and implement project execution strategies

• Effectively manage contractors and project resources

• Ensure safe project execution in the field

• Provide mentorship to site engineers and support collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience

• Expertise in mining or industrial construction

• Successful track record in brownfield projects

• Working knowledge of project management tools

• Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
