Position: Scrum Master Role at Origence
Shape the future of fintech as a Scrum Master at Origence, based in Irvine or Ontario, California. Lead Agile teams committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will ensure Agile processes are correctly followed and support teams in their development journey. Your experience in Lean, Kanban, and SAFe will be valuable as you guide team members through their Scrum practices and facilitate ongoing innovation. As an important player in the implementation phase of SAFe transformation, you will tackle team impediments and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups

• Provide support in backlog management for efficiency

• Troubleshoot and address team impediments actively

• Facilitate communication and transparency across teams

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Familiarity with SAFe and Agile team environments

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

• Effective communication in diverse settings

• Initiative in adopting innovative work practices
