This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a single-site operation focusing on soft FM services. You will take ownership of service delivery and manage compliance with health and safety standards.
Your role is vital in maintaining a safe facility while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of soft FM services including cleaning and security
• Ensure high standards from contractors and service providers
• Coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with hard FM providers
• Drive continuous improvement across FM services
• Produce reports and manage the FM budget
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Facilities Management
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification advantageous
• Experience in laboratory or life sciences environments
Lead the Facilities Management operations with a focus on safety and quality service delivery.
