CNA - LTC​/SNF

$734.40/week –

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care and assistance to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Support healthcare teams by delivering compassionate, efficient, and quality care to promote residents’ well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Document resident interactions and care provided accurately and timely.
• Support medical staff in patient positioning, transportation, and basic care tasks.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification required.
• Must bring a valid state or federal  the facility.
• Complete or provide documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Ability to work flexible hours with a shift start at 6:30 AM.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
