Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care across various units within a Long-Term Care/SNF facility. The role involves supporting clinical staff and assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and resident monitoring.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, including proper PPE usage.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when interacting with residents and team members.
• Comply with facility guidelines, including presence of valid  vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in a Long-Term Care or SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including every other weekend.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures.
• Must meet agency vaccination and , including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
