Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Maintain valid state RN licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo at all times
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or a documented religious/medical exemption from employer on file; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
