Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team!
Valora Orono is in Orono, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 72- unit apartment-style community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!
Shifts Available
: 8:00am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication.
Duties include:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
- Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
- Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
- Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
- Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
